Ordering
Orders are requests until we confirm your design, price, and date with you by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Please order at least 7 days ahead, and at least 2 ahead for wedding cakes. Short-notice orders may be possible, so ask us.
Prices
Our price guide shows starting prices. The final price depends on your design, toppers, decorations, and delivery, and we will confirm it with you before you pay.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50% secures your date. The balance is due before pickup or delivery. We accept bank transfer, PayID, and cash on pickup. We’ll send payment details when we confirm your order.
Changes
You can change your order free of charge up to 72 hours before your date. After that, we’ll do our best but can’t guarantee changes.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 7 days before your date, your deposit is refunded. If you cancel within 7 days, the deposit is not refunded, because we will have reserved your date and bought ingredients.
Allergens
Our cakes may contain or be made near eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any cake is free from allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when you order.
Your rights
Our cakes are made to order to your agreed design, and small differences in decoration and colour can occur between the picture and the finished cake. If your cake is not as agreed or has a major problem, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with a photo, and we’ll work out a fair solution. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
